Kimi Ora is the ideal venue for your next conference, meeting, team building event, health or corporate retreat.
There is every opportunity to relax, unwind and rejuvenate with facilities and services including The Views Restaurant,
Day Spa and Aquatic Center featuring an outdoor pool and spa, indoor heated pool and indoor spa, an infared sauna and dry sauna.
Our dedicated conference and events team can tailor a package to suit your requirement and budget.
With flexible room configurations from boardroom to banquet style,
we can cater from 10 to 50 guests making this the perfect venue for your next conference or workshop event.

Cancellations made within 14 days of conference will incur a 25% charge, within 7 days a 50% charge and within 72 hours a 100% charge of total booking.
Final numbers for catering need to be confirmed 7 days prior your function –
Failure to inform us of a person no longer requiring catering will still result in full payment being charged.

Conference Lunch
Light Lunch $29 per person (minimum 15 people payable)
Includes one option from below:
- Feta, spinach and pumpkin frittata with mixed green salad (GF)
- Chickpea tuna spread, roasted beetroot and greens sandwich with
mixed green salad (V) - Roasted root vegetable and cashew salad with black beans, confit garlic, capers, chopped herbs and lemon dressing (V,GF)
Hot Working Lunch $35 per person (minimum 20 people payable)
Includes one hot dish and one salad dish, buffet style.
Salads Note all salads are GF & V
- Fennel, orange and beetroot salad with citrus dressing
- Organic mixed green salad, fresh chopped vegetables and balsamic dressing
- Roasted cauliflower and chickpea salad with baby spinach and turmeric dressing
- Japanese coleslaw with sesame dressing
Hot options
- Seasonal vegetables soup with garlic bread (can be made vegetarian or vegan)
- Chef’s shepherd pie, with lentil ragout and potato mash (V on request, GF)
- Tofu and potato koftas with a cashew curry sauce and rice (V,GF)
- Blue cheese and broccoli creamy risotto (GF)
- Sautéed tempeh, buckwheat noodles and vegetables with teriyaki dressing, toasted sesame and Vietnamese mint (V)

Conference Dinner
2 Course Set Menu: $55 per person
Choice of 2 set menu options. Select either an entrée and main or main and dessert
3 Course Set Dinner: $80 per person

Minimum numbers of 20 are required when the restaurant is not open.
Please ask our events Co-Ordinator for current opening days and menu options for selections.
All menu choices must be made prior to the event. If less than the minimum numbers, the minimum person rate will still be payable
Accomodation Options
With 21 suites, ranging from Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, Four bedroom and Spa suites, your delegates will find comfort and tranquility ensuring a perfect relaxation escape.
Studio suites offer a King bed, plus sofa bed in some suites. All with sea views, balcony, ensuite and kitchenette.
One Bedroom Suites have a separate bedroom from the lounge and kitchenette with a King bed. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge with trundle beds available on request. All have a balcony with sea views.
Two Bedroom Suites offer a King bed and two single beds catering up to 4 guests. All have a balcony with sea views, kitchenette and lounge room.
Four bedroom Suite can sleep up to 8 guests with bedding consisting of 2 king beds or king single split beds and 4 single beds. This suite has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven and the lounge has a log burner. An outdoor dining area offers views over Kaiteriteri.
All suites have FreeView TV, DVD players and Wifi.

Kimi Ora Eco Resort is a 60 minutes’ drive from Nelson and a 20-minute drive from Motueka.
Driving from Picton, allow 2 hours and 45 minutes via State Highway 6.
Driving form the Westcoast, allow 4 hours via State highway 6.
Driving from Christchurch, allow 5 ½ hours via State Highway 7
Airlines fly into Nelson from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
